WOD:
Three rounds for reps of:

1. Dumbbell One-arm Snatch (R/L)
2. One-Leg Squat (R/L)
3. Medball Push-up/Medball Mountain Climbers
4. Dumbbell One-arm Thruster (R/L)
5. Goblet Squat/Kettlebell Swing
6. Medball Sit-ups (twice)

40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest for each exercise (40 seconds of 1-leg squats on right leg, 20 seconds rest, 40 seconds of 1-leg squats on left leg, 20 secs rest, 40 secs medball push-ups, 20 secs rest, 40 secs medball mountain climbers…). Brick CrossFit.
